Terms of Service

Booking & Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling system.
• Payment is due at the time of booking.
• Package sessions must be used by the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

Cancellations & Refunds

• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds.
• Missed sessions are counted as used regardless of attendance.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Facility Rules

• Players must wear appropriate soccer turf/flat shoes — no cleats allowed indoors.
• Shin guards are required for all training sessions.
• Players must bring their own water bottle.
• Parents/guardians must remain on-site for players under 16.
• Follow all posted facility rules and staff instructions.

Assumption of Risk

Soccer is a physical sport and participation involves inherent risks of injury. By booking a session or entering our facility, you acknowledge and accept these risks. FTY LAB is not liable for injuries sustained during training or on the premises.

Field Rentals

• Renters are responsible for their group and must ensure all participants follow facility rules.
• Any damage to the facility or equipment will be charged to the renter.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
